My path to meditation didn’t begin in stillness – it began in survival.
For a long time, life felt heavy. I carried layers of stress, sleepless nights, and an exhaustion that didn’t seem to lift, no matter what I tried. Everything I reached for seemed to skim the surface, leaving the deeper patterns untouched.
When I discovered Vedic Meditation, something finally shifted. With each sitting, I felt a deeper calm returning — steadier sleep, clearer energy, a sense of ease I hadn’t known in years.
Moved by this transformation, I immersed myself in traditional training in the Shankaracharya lineage and became a teacher, so I could share this profound practice with others — especially here in Detroit.
